Pixie Dust have a 2 week lead time, however they usually operate within 1, but 2 weeks is their turnaround time. Personalisation is optional and is included in the price of the items.

When washing it should be a cool 30 and no tumble drying.

Pixie Dust are happy to return/exchange items that haven’t been personalised, so leggings, joggers, leotards etc. providing they have not been worn but I’m afraid items that have been personalised cannot be exchanged/returned unless faulty.
